About the role
ClaySys (Clay Sys Prefab) is hiring a Site Accountant in Kochi, Kerala. Fresher-level, full-time role: track daily/monthly site-level expenditures, monitor committed costs and work-in-progress, reconcile project milestones with payment applications and client billing, three-way matching of PO/GRN/vendor delivery tickets, maintain retention money and statutory deductions (TDS, GST/VAT), manage site petty cash, daily cash reconciliations, periodic physical inventory audits and wage sheets, and support internal/statutory audits. MS Excel and Tally proficiency is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Track daily and monthly site-level expenditures
- Monitor committed costs and work-in-progress
- Reconcile project milestones with payment applications and client billing
- Perform three-way matching across PO, GRN and vendor delivery tickets
- Manage on-site petty cash and daily cash reconciliations
What you’ll need

- Site-level accounting: expenses, WIP, three-way matching (PO/GRN/vendor tickets)
- Records for retention money, mobilisation advances, TDS and GST/VAT
- Periodic inventory audits and wage-sheet preparation
- Support internal and statutory audits
Qualifications
