Part-Time Telecaller

About the role

Zentryx Global Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Part-Time Telecaller to support our Sales and Business Development team in Kochi, Kerala. The role involves contacting prospective customers, generating and following up on leads, scheduling appointments, handling basic enquiries, and maintaining accurate customer records. Work mode is on-site at the Kochi office, Monday to Saturday, on one of two assigned shifts (9:00 AM–1:00 PM or 1:00 PM–6:00 PM).

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers and generate leads
• Follow up on leads and schedule appointments
• Handle basic customer enquiries
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Work with assigned activity and lead-generation targets

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, customer support, inside sales, or business development is preferred
• Good verbal communication and telephone-handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace
• Ability to work from the Kochi office during assigned working hours
