About the role
Edubex, a growing EduTech organisation, is hiring an HR Recruiting Executive to support talent acquisition and streamline the hiring process. Duties include posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, maintaining applicant records in the ATS, and assisting with background checks and onboarding. Full-time, work from home; location Kochi, Kerala. Salary ₹10,000–₹15,000/month.
Responsibilities
- Post job openings on job boards, career pages and social media
- Screen resumes and applications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Communicate with candidates regarding application status and interview logistics
- Maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Assist with background checks and onboarding
