HR Recruiter

About the role

Acet Migration Services is urgently hiring an HR Recruiter for its Cochin (Ernakulam) location, handling end-to-end recruitment: planning recruitment drives and selection processes, developing job descriptions, screening resumes, sourcing through internal databases/job portals/social networks, coordinating candidates with panels and clients, and organising new-employee orientation and onboarding. Full-time; 1–3 years recruitment experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct recruitment drives and selection processes (end to end recruitment)
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Screen candidate resumes and job applications
• Source candidates through internal database, job portals, social networks
• Coordination with candidates, panel and clients
• Regular follow-up with candidates through interviews till onboarding
• Organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding and training programs

What you’ll need

• Minimum 1-3 years experience in recruitment
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes
• Knowledge & experience in sourcing candidates using various methods
• Excellent verbal and written communication
