About the role

Emiinence LLP is hiring an English Faculty in Thiruvananthapuram to plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the curriculum, teach English language, literature and grammar, prepare lesson plans, assessments and learning materials, evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback, and help students improve communication, reading, writing and analytical skills. Full-time; MA in English mandatory, B.Ed preferred, minimum 3 years teaching experience; salary ₹20,000–₹35,000/month.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the curriculum
• Teach English language, literature, grammar and related subjects effectively
• Prepare lesson plans, assessments, assignments and learning materials
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Help students improve communication, reading, writing, grammar and analytical skills

What you’ll need

• MA in English is mandatory
• B.Ed. is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience
• Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills
