About the role
Decathlon Sports India is hiring an Omni Sport Advisor at its Kochi store, on a part-time permanent contract (entry level, less than 2 years of experience). The role delivers a strong customer experience, promotes sports, manages omnichannel availability and store layout, and supports in-store, online and app channels.
Responsibilities
- Greet, smile and engage with customers to understand their needs.
- Promote sports by engaging customers through sports communities.
- Propose the right products and services depending on customer needs, using in-store, .in and app channels.
- Ensure a smooth checkout experience and suggest complementary products.
- Ensure product availability through reliable, up-to-date inventory to support omnichannel availability.
- Keep signages updated and maintain a safe, welcoming and engaging store layout for the sport category.
