About the role
Jachoos Technologies Private Limited is hiring an HR Executive in Cochin, Kerala (full time, permanent). Experience: 6 months to 1 year. Qualification: MBA HR. Candidates based in Ernakulam city only need to apply. Salary range: INR 15,000–18,000.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate and interview potential candidates using job portals, social media and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers.
- Develop and manage onboarding and offboarding documentation.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and address employee queries.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance and leave records.
- Support performance appraisal processes and HR policy implementation.
What you’ll need
- MBA in HR.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year.
- Candidates based in Ernakulam city only.
- Prior experience in the IT industry and exceptional document management and communication skills essential.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, labor laws and employment regulations; proficiency in MS Office.
