Trainee Library Assistant

About the role

The Centre for Development Studies (CDS), Thiruvananthapuram, K.N. Raj Library, invites applications for a Trainee Library Assistant (one-year traineeship). Qualification: Graduation/Post-Graduation in Library and Information Science with minimum 55% marks, passed out in 2024 or thereafter; age below 24. Remuneration ₹15,000 per month. Selection is by walk-in interview on 28 October 2026.

What you’ll need

• Graduation / Post-Graduation in Library and Information Science with minimum 55% marks.
• Candidates should have passed out in 2024 or thereafter.
• Age below 24 years (relaxation for reserved categories as per Government of Kerala norms).
• Bring detailed bio-data, attested copies of certificates and original certificates for verification. No TA/DA will be paid.
