AR Associate Trainee (RCM US Healthcare)

About the role

Wave Online Infoway is hiring AR Associate Trainee for its Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) US Healthcare Process in Ernakulam. The role supports Accounts Receivable activities: reviewing outstanding insurance claims, following up with insurance companies, resolving denials and rejections, and working on aged receivables. Freshers and candidates with 0-1 year experience are eligible. Night shift, work from office. Any graduate may apply.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze outstanding insurance claims
• Follow up with insurance companies through calls and portals for claim status
• Identify and resolve claim denials and rejections
• Work on aged receivables to improve collections
• Maintain accurate documentation of follow-ups
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines

What you’ll need

• Any Graduate can apply
• Freshers are eligible
• Willingness to work in night shifts
• Good communication skills
• Fluent English communication
• Good typing skills

Qualifications

• Any Graduate
• Life Science or Commerce graduates preferred
