Accountant (M.Com Graduate)

About the role

Navalt Green Mobility is hiring an Accountant (M.Com Graduate) responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, cash flow, payment processing, bank reconciliation, taxation and audit support, maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with applicable tax and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process payments according to approved payment priorities and perform regular bank reconciliations
• Record cash and bank payments and receipts accurately in Tally
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of bank and cash vouchers
• Ensure appropriate tax deductions on payments, including advances
• Prepare quarterly TDS statements and manage monthly TDS payments
• Assist in statutory audits, due diligence and other audit requirements
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with applicable accounting and tax requirements

What you’ll need

• Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com) is mandatory
• Experience working in a CA firm is preferred
• Proficiency in Tally and accounting software
• Knowledge of taxation and TDS management
