IT Sales/ Business Development Executive (Freshers)

About the role

JachOOs Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an IT Sales / Business Development Executive (Freshers) at Infopark, Kochi. The role builds a career in IT Sales and Business Development by promoting IT solutions and services (web hosting, website design and development, digital marketing, mobile app development, custom software, cloud) to domestic and international clients, covering lead generation, client relationships and sales reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various online and offline channels
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Introduce and promote the Company's IT services to potential customers
• Conduct lead generation through LinkedIn, email campaigns, online research and cold calling
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team
• Prepare and maintain lead reports, client records and sales activities
• Achieve assigned business development objectives

What you’ll need

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• Basic knowledge of IT services and software solutions
• Good presentation and customer handling skills
• Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet research

Qualifications

• BCA/BBA
• B.Tech/BE (any IT-related specialization)
• B.Sc Computer Science/IT
• MCA
• MBA (Marketing) with an interest in IT Sales
• Any equivalent qualification
