About the role

Capstone Technologies is hiring an HR Recruiter for its Kochi office (full-time, permanent, Monday to Friday). The role covers end-to-end recruitment for engineering and AEC roles, active sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri and network channels, and candidate onboarding, document verification and core HR operations. 2-4 years of experience; immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for Engineering & AEC roles
• Active sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri and network channels
• Handling candidate onboarding and document verification
• Core HR operations
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing

What you’ll need

• 2-4 years of experience
• Strong background in end-to-end recruitment
• Preference for construction/BIM industry exposure
• Immediate joiners preferred
